Our Lugol's Iodine Solution comes in 5% and 2.2% strength. The iodine we use is derived from mined crystals out of Africa. We also use potassium iodide not sodium iodide. Sodium iodide can effect heart health. In Japan they consume 10-14mg of iodine per day, in the US the consumption is less than 1-2mg. We offer two strengths:
Lugol's Iodine 5% Lugol's Iodine 2.2% with Potassium Iodide

You read about Hoodia and Oolong tea and now after reading articles you are confused. Not all Hoodia or Oolong tea products are the same, they may have the same ingredients but not the amount of the herb. Most Hoodia and Oolong tea products start with 30% or less of the actually herbs. Think of making a pot of coffee with 1/4 teaspoon of coffee, all you get is colored water.
