Methodology
As a dietary supplement take 1 to 2 capsules twice a day with food or as directed by your health care professional.
TEA: Empty 1 to 2 capsules into 4 to 6 oz of hot water and stir; let steep for 3-5 minutes (you may strain the residue of the herbs if desired) and drink.
