This formula is an exact duplication of the lower bowel formula made popular by the late Dr. John R. Christopher - one of the most popular herbalist /vitalists in the United States of the 20th century. He called it FEN-LB (LB for lower bowel or colon).

Here is a great book by John R. Christopher. Although it is out of print some Amazon booksellers still have copies.



Ingredents
Each bottle contains 120 Capsules (double-o's), of about 750 ml. each. The formula is traditional and well-established. The formula contains barberry bark (75 mg.), cascara sagrada (150 mg.), capsicum (75 mg.), ginger root (75 mg.), lobelia (75 mg.), red raspberry leaves (75 mg.), turkey rhubarb (75 mg.), fennel (75 mg.), and goldenseal root (75 mg.).
