Ingredients
A proprietary blend of Ashwagandha, Licorice root, Juniper berry, Maca, Siberian ginseng, Cordyceps, Suma, Wild yam, Dandelion, Ascorbic acid, Nettles and Ginger.

Methodology
Empty 1 to 3 capsules into 4 to 6 oz of hot water and stir; let steep for 3-5 minutes (you may strain the residue of the herbs if desired) and drink.
